| 2 | Have been repairing appliances for over 15 years and have never seen or heard of that make before. The fact that the sales people are not familiar with it and it has to be ordered in sounds alarm bells to me. Do your homework. Google the brand and get consumer reviews. Google Tisira spare parts in NZ and see if parts are available and what sort of price they are. Some of these obscure brands are sold cheap but parts are hugely expensive if you can actually get parts in 5 or 6 years time.
