I know it's not specific to 'fifty plus' - but it will cast the widest net for the paltry sum of $9.90 .... and you have the luxury of being able to discriminate ;) (and before anyone gets incensed, it's a joke ok?)

Just put in the advert what your ideal flatmate is, and then pick and choose from the applicants.
