Is anyone else having issues? I receive messages no problem but the reply window has disappeared . It's fine on my phone, problem in with laptop running windows 10

This sometimes happens with my device, I just turn it off then turn it on again, fixes the problem.

or try using the messenger APP on the computer or else if you're using messenger from a browser on the computer try a different browser.

Good suggestion but sadly it wont work on chrome either NL. It comes and goes it worked briefly before.

I use Chrome, and have just found that the process of adding an icon has changed. But otherwise, it seems to work normally.

Did you try the messenger APP on your computer. You can find it in the windows so store.

Yes NL I downloaded the app and it works fine thankyou. Still not as convenient as having it on facebook page though.
