a question please. Tenancy doesn't let people call anymore it seems, so I am asking here. There were a couple of cases of tenant's antisocial behaviour. One took place in January, one after 11 February(when the new law came into effect). The notices weren't handed following those two, but now there is more worrying behaviour. I know you need three to file a Tenancy Tribunal case for eviction. The behaviours took place within three months, but there weren't notices handed. The thought was that it would stop, but it didn't. Since it's still under 3 months, is it possible to hand the notices for actions that took place in Jan and Feb? Does it matter that Jan one was before the new changes took place? Please lend your wisom.
