| Currently an expired trademe real estate listing is automatically removed from your "expired listings" after 45 days. Would be good if it stayed there forever so when relisting a property in the future you can just click "relist" rather than having to create a brand new listing etc. toucanrentals - 2021-03-25 17:29:00 |
| you can just relist kamo631 - 2021-03-25 17:47:00 |
| It's the same with everything. Just relist for 2 days about day 40. Put currently on hold if you don't need enquiries. Saves another relist cost. But yes I have had auctions I wanted to relist (which cost nothing to relist) but they disappear when it would be easier if they did not. bryalea - 2021-03-25 20:05:00 |
| Can you not use My Products and then it will be there for as long as you want it......you can even do duplicate listings if you are multi property LL wanting to divest! shanreagh - 2021-03-25 20:07:00 |
| Yes good idea - but ensure you're telling TM that you're happy to pay for the relisting, you're not just trying to stiff them and get something for nothing. sparkychap - 2021-03-25 20:20:00 |
| Often rental real estate listings need relisting every 6 months to 2 years (when tenant leaves) however the expired items are removed from your trademe after 45 days once listing has ended. toucanrentals - 2021-04-06 13:58:00 |
