Did you know coming into someones house and moving all their stuff around to take photos is essential?
I allowed it to happen (don't want to argue with the landlord), but it's funny to me that I can't have my mates around, but I can have a real estate agent and a photographer.

No - real estate agents and associated services are NOT an essential service.

But there are lots of things that are permitted in L3 as long as performed safely. You can find a list of those here:
