My house one or two rotting weatherboards that need replacing up on the gable if anyone could suggest a builder or someone who could fix it.

Also we have a spa that needs wiring in to our circuit breaker/fuse box, the wires have already been run up an existing pipe up the house exterior and into the ceiling of the house if anyone could reccomend a cheap electrician for a quick job.
