| 4 | Try and find a mid 2012 MacBook Pro for that budget. They are the last user upgradeable Macs in terms of adding ram, SSD or dual SSDs by removing the CD/DVD drive. You can also change the battery yourself. Look for one where someone has upgraded the ram to 16gb and has fitted an SSD in place of the stock HDD. They are a good little workhorse. A 15" MacBook Pro of that vintage will get VERY HOT running those games, they tend to push the older graphics processors in them (personal experience).
