#Post

Our place had lotsof alterations done long before we bought it 20 years ago & not all of them were on LIM report but were done OK So now we thought of selling it ourselves by tender as is no garuntee on the legality of the alterations , can Ijust get lawyer to draw up S&P document to say sold as is no garuntees buyer to satisfy themseves as to condition before buying ?

You are meaning vendor warranties. These along with any additional clauses may be be modified or delated regardless of the method of sale.
