| 1 | hi am about to jump back in the pool by selling in town and moving to the country after many, many vintages. Finding due to current vogue of auctions etc we need to be cashed-up buyers. Have approached our bank for information about loan options. We have no mortgage, have approx. 70% "cash deposit" on hand, with balance coming from our house sale which we have been informed by 3 estate agent appraisals is in a highly sought after area ie expecting a quick/good sale via auction of course lol). Now we are fielding questions from the bank which feel like we are being treated like first home buyers and a big credit/flight risk.
