they are stitch cams - Singer calls them that & am pretty sure they aren't singer ones, as they are usually black & more like a disc.. do they have anything stamped underneath or the box?

They are not Toyota or Brother either, those are large. Put a pic on fb and see what response you get.

I received 2 sewing machines from elderly relative, one a Bernina in case
and other Empisal set in Singer sewing machine table. I read that the Empisal
is a Brother . Nothing on bottom.
Whats a stitch cam??

Elna cams are flat and black. Stitch cams are placed into the machine and by selecting the right knobs you can produce fancy stitches.

My first Nechi machine had cams some 65 yrs ago. Was a great machine, made all our wedding outfits on it.

I still have my Singer 401 & unfortunately don't have a full set of stitch cams - have more than the usual several :)
