LIM question about neighbouring properties

1 | We're interested in buying a house which has a driveway next to it leading down to 2 large properties with empty space. Google streetview has images from 2009 and 2012 both of which show real estate signs offering sections down this driveway, and yet 2020 there is nothing developed. The LIM report is dated November 2020 and only shows the 2 large properties, no sections. It also states these properties are Rodney sub-precinct E, which google tells me is a large section with a minimum of 4000sqm. Can I take this LIM report for this property as gospel, that the neighbouring properties are still intact and zoned such that only a few large sections could be diced up? gyrogearloose - 2020-11-24 12:47:00 |
2 | Ask you lawyer - or try and get a sensible answer out of the Council - though your mileage may vary on that one . The LIM is gospel for the property you are interested in - not on surrounding properties lissie - 2020-11-24 13:08:00 |

4 | i never paid or had a lim report done on the state house i did buy in 2010 i done my own testing walking in the rooms etc. A lim report is as wothless as a AA car inspection . in my opinion..... Get somone with a clue to inspect. Edited by intrade at 6:07 pm, Wed 25 Nov intrade - 2020-11-25 18:03:00 |

9 | Go ask the Councils Planning department. They ulitmately have the yay/nay say on any of this stuff, and I'm sure if there is an appeal going on they would be involved as well. brouser3 - 2020-11-26 08:47:00 |
