Why is it that when searching for a property address (in address mode), sometimes a list of matching addresses come up, for selection, but as often as not it returns 'no results found'. (when a valid address, partial or full, is typed in)

What am I doing wrong here?

For instance my sons place is (everywhere else) 22a, but with council it is 1/22.
Things like that make a difference.
