Where does the conveyance fee fit in?

No much if straight forward but far more expensive if a court application is required.

Change of trustee plus transmission of title, registration, etc - is there a mortgage? Probably looking around $1500 plus GST and disbursements & compliance costs

With the new Trust Act legislation coming into effect from January next year a lot of our clients are choosing to wind up their trusts and distribute the assets now
