Why does my email started suddenly to say session ended? and I have to start again. Thanks

Whilst I am using my Outlook spark email a note comes up "session ended" and the email closes. It appears to be random and it has never done this before. Thanks

xtra? are you using pop? imap?, outlook ?
Maybe talk to your providers helpdesk?
It could be anything.

My xtra email has ben doing the same. Especially when you are in the middle of typing a lengthy email and this happens, it is so annoying as you have to start all over again with the email.
How I fixed this was to save the email which I was/am presently typing, into my drafts. So, if it happened and the 'Session was ended, I could always go into my drafts and restore the email and did not have to retype.
A nuisance though, if you forget to save it.
I hope this is of some help but it does not solve the problem, ugh.

Perhaps this might fix it - it fixed it for me.
Go into Settings, Basic Setting and under Automatic Sign In - disable.
I am on xtra.co.nz but it worked. The techs at Spark advised me to do it this way..
I know it is annoying if that happens - no more happening to me.
