| 1 | Made these yesterday. OMG they are moist and delicious i just had to share. Not like other gluten free cakes which i've never had any luck with. Does take a lot of eggs, but sooo worth it. Even better the next day. They are my definite go to when i fancy cake now. https://nadialim.com/recipe/almond-and-coconut-friands/ molly37 - 2020-01-20 20:15:00 |
| 2 | Here’s another good gf cake Banana chocolate yoghurt cake 100 g butter DIRECTIONS Beat together butter and sugar, add egg and mix well. Mix yoghurt and then banana and sifted dry ingredients. Stir through baking soda dissolved in hot water add 3/4 of vanilla essence. Pour mixture into greased, lined cake pan ( 22 cm ) . ( I use a ring pan ) bake for 30-40 minutes until cake test cooked. Ice when cold eljayv - 2020-01-20 21:25:00 |
