Pavlova for diabetic

1 | Last year I made a pav using Splenda which was 1 cup Splenda to 4 egg whites whereas my recipe using sugar would have been 2 cups to six egg whites (both recipes plus cornflour, vinegar). The Splenda pav was not as fluffy as my normal pavs and I wonder if I could just increase the amount of Spenda to 1 1/2 cups.
