What do you call that syphon/pressure gun thing?

That thing they use in Masterchef to get mousee type desserts under pressure and then they squirt it out. Used in Peter Gilmore's White Coral but lots of other, mainly desserts, too. In his recipe it is called an ISI Gun but is there another name because I can't find one of those to buy.

Cream Gun is one of the names. Not Blow Torch - that's something quite different.
