Can anyone recommend a good cookbook for cooking for one? Thanks L

I think there's an AWW "Cooking for One" book.
When I make casseroles, stews, lasagne, quiche, etc., I tend to make the normal recipe up, let the leftovers get cold, then put single serves into ziplock bags and freeze them. You can also cook extra rice, some pastas, or potatoes and freeze those, but I find that it's easier to prepare the veges fresh for each meal.
It's always handy to have the basis of a meal in the freezer ready to heat in the microwave.
