Hi, I made ginger crunch the other day and the bottom was perfect but the top was way too sweet. Any ideas out there???

the top should only be a thinnish layer and the ginger counteracts the sweetness, was it the edmonds recipe? or did you guestimate amounts?

Take the icing off your ginger crunch. A hair drier may help melt the icing . Bin it ?
