Beef Cheek - ideas please

Ok so I found 1 lonely beef cheek in the freezer and I'm wondering what to do with it....
Can I just cut it up like blade steak and use it in a casserole?
or does it have to be cooked whole?
I've never cooked one before and don't even remember buying it to be honest
any advice would be helpful

Treat it as you would treat any other tough cut if beef i.e. braise slowly for several hours. You can cook it whole, I prefer to cut into large chunks. Beef cheek needs about four hours at 160 C or eight to ten hours in a slow cooker.
