how do you clean a maxwell williams pepper grinder that has got clogged up?

Don't know but flow improves if you rub the salt grinder around the (inverted) base of the p/g.

The pepper corns get jammed at the base and the pepper won't come out.

Are the peppercorns absorbing moisture making it easier for them to get jammed, rather than being ground?

Also, most grinders don't last forever, sadly. They become less effective at grinding over time. Which may also result in jammed peppercorns.

I’ve given up buying expensive grinders and just use the refillable ones from the supermarket now - they don’t look as nice on the table but they last at least 2 or 3 years then I put them in the glass recycling
