Thanks fruitbat, but I am going to try with a red tomato recipe I have and mix some green tomatoes in to use them up, so here's hoping, Lots of garlic and leaving the seeds in the chilli

Sounds delicious - mixing the two won't be a problem. Taste it as you go..

I'm sure it will be delicious & even more so after a week or 7.
Something very satisfying about making stuff from home grown produce, imo.
I love the growing, the preserving process ... but just have to remember to use it!
(or give it away)
