Unopened small bottle of active dried Yeast.

Use by date of 02.03.2019
Can I still use it. Had the seal still intact.

It should be fine, but you can check it by mixing a pinch of it with a tab of tepid water and a pinch of sugar and leaving it for ten minutes. If it starts to bubble it is active, if it doesn't it is too old.

I've used mine (kept in fridge) successfully, many many months past its expiry date.

always store the yeast in The freezer. It will keep for many years

I made bread last night with yeast with a use by date of 19.3.19, and it worked perfectly.

I am going against the grain here and say, don't trust it with bread. I have had failures (not many) with yeast and its always been close to or past its use by date. If you have a look in the supermarket, it has a very short use by date for a reason!
