6 | been helping in a community kitchen, and we have had so many marrows. today we chopped a lot up in cubes and put in freezer for the winter soups. I actually ate a few bits raw, and they were rather nice. We used them in vegy dishes and meat dishes. when cooked they are a little bland but mixed with lots of other things the taste is fine. korbo - 2019-03-27 21:06:00 |
7 | I dont mind going large as there is more to use and they still taste the same. Filling up freezers with grated/kitchen whizzed courgettes for winter use in quiches. soups, fritters and cakes. I use those round rubbery (egg) shapes in my Breville. No mess great size and fast cooking groomingtools - 2019-04-01 18:25:00 |
