Christmas Gifts - Edible

#Post
1

Hello,
After some ideas for edible Christmas gifts that travel well. I have had a look online but a lot look like they would melt and or spoil in our December weather here in NZ.
Also after ideas for neat packaging.
Thanks.

if it's to send overseas, you can't post homemade .. has to be commercially packaged

Biscuits in a jar - you put the ingredients in layers and attach the recipe, the recipient usually only needs to add the wet ingredients and bake. There are a lot of ideas on-line. I did some with mini M&Ms and decorated the jar.
Another time I made a variety of biscuits out of an old recipe book so they were more the old fashioned type eg melting moments, Anzac etc then put them in a container with a label in the lid with a photo and name of each type so it was like the ‘selection’ boxes you can buy.
