Looking for last page of knitting pattern

| 1 | Does any one by chance have Fontana booklet 331 , Cardigans in 3-ply, 4-ply, and double knitting ( size Birth to 12 months). I started knitting the Elaine pattern Model No 2464 to discover that I am missing the last page (pg 15) for the instructions carried over to that page.
