| 1 | Does anyone have access to newspapers in Scotland or know how to access them? A brother and sister died and found on the 2nd Jan 1957 at 113 Briarhill Rd, Prestwick. It was estimated that they died 31 Dec 1956. Their names were Eric Hannah and Jessie Watson. | 4 | Can't find anything at Gale newspapers (may be a bit recent for their collection), nor britishnewspaperarchive. But also had a look at Scotlands People (Scottish BDM) Don't see the name of Eric Hannah Watson. There is a Jessie Lindsay Watson at Monkton and Prestwick aged 61 1957 606/ 2. There is a restriction at Scotlands People of 50 years, so they show in the deaths index. Or do I have a name wrong? There is a Eric Douglass Hannah at Monkton and Prestwick aged 50 1957 606/ 1 If these are your people the death registrations may give some insights. stock - 2020-01-23 14:07:00 |
| 5 | I have their death certificates one below the other on the same page. Thats how I knew there is something odd about their deaths. I'm picking that since it's December and they were found in the living room, that they died from carbon monoxide poisoning but I'd like to know for sure.
